Octavia takes time to understand what it is her customer is looking to achieve, even if at the beginning they are unsure what that looks like exactly. Clients are advised to bring ideas and images to their first meeting, and with as much contribution as they would like, she develops these ideas into beautiful pieces of jewellery.
